[PATCH] pci_find_subsys

The pci_find_subsys function was removed in the 2.6.10 kernel.  This 
patch adds it back in Comedi's linux/pci.h compatibility header.  There 
was already a dummy version there for old kernels.  The patched version 
should work for old and new kernels, unless I've cocked something up!

I haven't tested it, apart from making sure that the gsc_hpdi driver now 
modprobes okay for 2.6.10, which it didn't before.
