Go to the subscription web page:

https://cvs.comedi.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/comedi

Enter your subscribed email address in the box at the bottom, next to 
the "Edit Options" button and press the button.  This should take you to 
the subscription options page where you can unsubscribe, or just turn 
off mail delivery in case you wish to come back later!  (I turn off mail 
delivery on my subscription because I read the list as a newsgroup, 
courtesy of Gmane.org!)
