Hello,

I am trying to do an install of comedi and comedilib but the files don't seem to be ending up in the correct place.  For some reason it makes a local 'etc'
directory in the comedilib directory I'm working in.  In other words, I'm getting files like '/tmp/comedilib/etc/hotplug/usb/usbdux/Makefile' instead of '/etc/hotplug/usb/usbdux/Makefile'.  I've tried ' --sysconfdir=/etc', and quoting: ' -sysconfdir="/etc"', but it only makes local copies.
