Hi, I am trying to do a cardiac myocyte electrophysiologic stimulator with the Usb-dux board. I am almost there but when trying to fill new pulses into the output buffer there is a delay since (I assume) the pulses continue to repeat around 64 times after I have filled the buffer with new commands. Is it possible to flush the buffer for example with the comedi_poll function? I tried it but it returned -1. I would be very grateful for some information! Per Arlock
