Thanks.  Your calibration actually doesn't look too bad, it is just the 
fine postgain offset and fine gain caldacs which can't quite get where 
they want to be.  I think it is due to them not getting reset before the 
corresponding coarse caldac is set.  Would you try cvs now?  Or, just 
apply this patch:

BTW, if I'm right, you should be able to work around this bug by using the 
--reset option.
