PCL-727

hi, 
I'm using an output card Advantech PCL-727  with the driver pcl726, and graphical interface xrtailab. 
I have a problem with I will start the target from shell, because immediately the board produce a signal of 4,999 Volt continuously also if I will stop the target. 
To eliminate the signal from the board output channel, I have,always, restart the PC. 
I ask if somepeople knows this problem and can help me.
