I'm having some trouble understanding your English, so I'm not sure what 
your problem is.  The PCL-726 looks like a simple card though, so there 
isn't much that can go wrong.

Make sure the comedi_config command-line parameters that set the range 
of each channel match the jumper settings on the card.  Then when you 
write 0 to a channel you should get 0V output.
