The same is true for PCL-727 :-)

That wasn't correct!  When you write 0 to a channel you should get the
minimum voltage in the range (that will be a negative voltage for
bipolar ranges).  If you want 0V output, you'll have to convert the
voltage to the correct sample voltage using comedilib functions such as
comedi_get_range, comedi_get_maxdata, and comedi_from_phys.
