I suggest you try a later version of the Comedi drivers from the www.comedi.org instead of whatever Advantech supply. comedi-0.7.70 should work on your kernel. The official Comedi drivers do not have a pcm3718 kernel module, but the pcl818 module supports the PCM-3718H.
