I'm not experienced with google code but it looks quite good. Would be
great to have something under one roof (svn, wiki, mailing list).
Certainly, sourceforge would also do the job. For me the main criterion
is how long this service will exist and will it be free? Anyway. I think
it would be a good idea to have eveything somewhere central with a
minimum amount of admin and which will "survive" the next couple of
years. Either sourceforge or google.
