Hello, imho, it may be a good idea to use google or sourceforge in order to "have something under one roof (svn, wiki, mailing list)", but none of them is free software. There are a few forges which use free software, like savannah.nongnu.org or in france gna.org or tuxfamily.org (may be there are some others, I don't know). They provide reliable hosting "all in one" (cvs/svn/git, homepage, mailing ...) with free software, and I think (like many others) that your freedom need free software.
